Cigna Global operates a Member Plan online. In this customer area, you can

• View your policy documents, including your certificate of insurance and Cigna ID cards for all beneficiaries

• View any special exclusions that are applied to your policy

• View the benefits your plan includes

• View a summary of your premium payments

• Easily submit and track the status of your claims

• Update your details if required

Individuals and family policy holders can

• Review your policy documents

• Access claim forms

• Find hospitals, physicians, clinics and health and wellness specialists

Getting started

If you are accessing this area for the first time, click "Forgot Password". In the following page, you will be prompted to provide your email address and an "I am not a robot" cerification. Fill out these two fields, and Cigna will send you an email to the address they have from your application. This email will have a link to set your password for the first time.
