This will depend on the size of your group. The larger the group, the better risk analysis our insurers can do on the group, many times they will accept the entire groups risk.

We recommend having at least 10 people to start, 30 is preferred however. For smaller groups we do recommend taking individual plans out for each person, to help reduce the volatility in the group over years.
