In order to file a precertify a medical even, you will need to log in to the Allianz MyHealth portal.
Claims are reported and filed here, and you can also request precertification. Log in with the link above or get the app for Android or iPhone.
You can also call Allianz at +353 1 630 1301 and email medical.services@allianzworldwidecare.com. It can be helpful to send an email, so that there is a paper-trail in case of any confusion down the road.
