Aldis has been married to Kimberly since 1991, and together they've navigated expat life for decades. Off the clock, he's on a mission to visit 100 countries before he retires—76 and counting—and he's collecting stories along the way: canoeing the Amazon, skiing the Alps with his five boys, and still debating whether that spur-of-the-moment Asia tattoo was a brilliant idea (his boys swore it was).
