Most of our providers do NOT cover any major pre-existing conditions, at least not fully. You will most likely receive an exclusion or an increased deductible for any specific conditions you may have. We do however have a variety of insurers with that accept different actuary risk, and maybe able to get you a more favourable offer than from other agents. If you are a US citizen, we also have one provider that may accept your conditions.

Most major medical policies insure up to the age of 75. If you are older than 75, we do have senior only plans available, or medical evacuation options up to the age of 85.

If you are healthy and under the age of 65, you most likely will not need to do an exam. If you have an existing condition, the insurer may request medical records with a current status of the condition, or a lab test to find out the current status. If you are over 60 or 65, some of our carriers require a simple physical with test like an ekg and blood work.

Yes, the majority of our providers have waived their pandemic exclusions temporarily and are covering covid from day 1 of the policy. We also have providers that do not have pandemic exclusion at all, that covered covid from the beginning of the pandemic.

We work with both global insurers that can practically insure you in any country in the world, as well as with more localized insurers that specialize in regions like Latin America. We cannot help you if you live in a country with sanctions for trade from the United States Department of State, including countries like North Korea, Iran, etc.
