Policy Changes

Updated October 30, 2026

How to change your policy with your Expat Insurance broker

Information on changing your health policy

In order to make adjustments to your policy you will need the following:

  • Policy Number and company name

  • Credit card information (CC number, expiration date, security code, billing address)

  • Email address

  • Policy adjustments (deductible increase/decrease, exclusion removal, etc)

Once you have collected this information you can contact Jason Wellner at claims@expatinsurance.com or +1 (800) 577-4308 Ext 503 through SMS or WhatsApp. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

Our team will explain the process of making changes to your policy. In most cases, the insurer requires a simple form filled out with the changes, and signed by both the client and insurance agent. We do have an online digital signature service, so you won't need to print/sign/scan anything.
