How to manage your IMG policy online

Though it's not required, IMG highly recommends that you create a "MyIMG" account. MyIMG is the company's member portal where their customers can submit and manage claims, update their contact information, access ID cards and insurance documents, contact the company, and more.

To create your MyIMG account, click here.

Enter your insurance certificate number into the field and click CONTINUE. On the next screen, enter your IMG Certificate Number or Insured ID, and click “Continue.” Once the system verifies this information, enter your date of birth, and click “Confirm.”
