Allianz does not have a customer portal so you will need to wait for your renewal documentation to arrive in your email before starting the process of renewing or changing the policy. You should receive this 30 days before the policy renewal date.

Once you have the renewal notice there will be instructions on how to renew within. If you need any help with the renewal, or if you would like to make a change to the policy before renewing feel free to email claims@expatinsurance.com. You can also email your broker ahead of time to discuss possible alternatives.

Last reviewed May 2026. For help with your own policy, contact Expat Insurance through the help center so our team can review your situation.
