In order to transfer your Azimuth policy to a new broker you will need to draft a letter to the Azimuth home office at service@azimuthrisk.com requesting the transfer be made. You will need a few things to complete the process.

1. Broker Name

2. Broker Agent Code

3. Broker Email Address

4. Policy Number

5. Name of Primary Insured

In your email, you need to state all of the above information requesting you be moved to the new broker, as well as CC your new requested broker in the email so they can help facilitate the transfer. If you have any questions or need any help requesting a transfer, feel free to email claims@expatinsurance.com.

Do note that if you transfer out of the Expat Insurance agency, we will no longer be able to continue support for any ongoing claims issues or other general support, and you are only eligible for a broker transfer on the policy annual renewal date.
